CYQ Step Exercise to Music (Level 2)

Designed specifically for the studio instructor, this module builds upon basic step knowledge and allows you to develop advanced step teaching skills and techniques across a wide range of styles including tap-free, partner step, line stepping and step circuits.

• Structure, plan and teach practical step sessions
• Develop and identify step choreography used currently in the fitness industry
• Identify correct stepping technique
• Evaluate your own teaching

The course lasts for three days and consists of a mix of theory sessions, practical workshops and formatively assessed teaching workshops.

The course is assessed via a practical assessment, and worksheets completed during the course.
