2. Course description The course uses exercise to music to help improve and maintain general health and well-being both physically and mentally - improving fitness,memory and confidence. This term we will be focusing on flexibility and mobility - knees bent, arms stretch ra ra ra. Guidance will also be given about using the routines at home. No partner required.
