DANCING - ADVANCED Entry Requirements
Basic steps in all ten dances (3 terms each in beginners and improvers) or approximately 60/80 hours of classes covering ten dances.


Description
Further steps and additional figures in popular ballroom and Latin American dances. Good standard of social dancing. Improving leads and follows and presentation.

After completing this course you should be able to:
Dance further steps and additional figures in popular modern ballroom and Latin American dances. Lead and follow well and achieve good presentation.
Course Content
Ballroom Dances - Waltz, Quickstep, Tango, Foxtrot.
Latin American Dances - Cha Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive/Rock 'n' Roll, Samba, Mambo/Salsa.
Where a course is aimed towards an assessment/examination, it is expected that all students will enter for the qualification.

Observation.

Materials
An Instruction book (£1.50) is available from the tutor. £1.60 materials charge toward hire of specialist music equipment.
