On selected dates in February and March we are running One Day Introduction to Lean Workshops at our Bridgend based Head Office, designed to teach candidates from any area of your business the key concepts and methodologies behind Lean and Continuous Improvement. By the end of the session candidates will be able to identify waste, communicate that waste internally and identify ways to remove identified wastes from the companies processes. Candidates will also receive a nationally recognised unit accredited with EAL.

Through the Skills Priority Programme (SPP) supported by Welsh Government Track Training can provide up to 70% funding for the programme depending upon company size, meaning a contribution of just £75 to £125 per candidate is required. Offer ends 31st March 2017!
