*Tips, tricks and techniques of deep tissue massage
*Looking after yourself
*How to apply soft tissue release to your wrist extensors and flexors
*Strengthening your wrists
*Common elbow, wrist and hand problems
*Anatomy & physiology review
*How to use elbows, fists, forearms ad reinforced digits to apply deeper pressure for cross-fiber work, frictioning and "stripping" of muscles
*How to apply static pressures so they are effective
*How massage "tools" might be beneficial to you
*Deep tissue techniques to the lower limb and gluteals
*Deep tissue techniques to the back
*Deep tissue techniques to the upper limb
*Looking after yourself
*How to apply Soft Tissue Release to your wrist extensors and flexors
*Active stretches for your upper limb
*Strengthening your wrists
*Using thermotherapy
