This module forms part of the New Dimensions Passport, but can also be taken as a separate course, for those who do not wish to complete the full programme.
Learning outcomes and objectives
- To identify and understand customers.
- To understand grief and loss.
- To appreciate the importance of building strong relationships.
- To learn the joy of connecting.
- To identify strategies for dealing with difficult issues that may arise in relationships between people involved and the person living with dementia.
Half day courses usually run from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. / 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
