The overall aim of this course is to develop the skills, and an understanding of how, to develop a website for a business. You may be considering outsourcing your website or wanting to find out if it is viable to build it yourself. To explore this fully the course will also include practical exercises to build your first website using template-driven online services that require a minimum of technical knowledge. This introductory course has similar content to the sister E-Commerce course, but takes a more general viewpoint. It will be of interest to those with a business idea based around providing a service or selling a low volume of unique products, though we will look at creating an online store as well.
