Developing Your Rock Climbing

Climbing is one of the most rapidly growing sports in the UK. Climbing walls provide an excellent introduction to climbing and give people a safe and friendly environment in which learn. This course, which is a follow-up to Introduction to Climbing, will help you to develop you technique as well as teaching new skills for lead climbing, bouldering and abseiling.

Graham Little is a freelance instructor who has 10 years experience working with school and youth groups, teachers and adults. He is a course director for the Outdoor Education Advisers and operates a climbing wall on the Fylde coast.
