I’m very happy that I have done this training. The metabolic rate and the health assessment were very educational. You discussed with me what my goals were and helped me to accomplish them. You taught me that I can eat healthy and have a very varied diet on a vegetarian diet. You assisted me a lot in my main concern, which was my belly fat. Had various attempts previously to get rid of, with no success but this time I have finally resolved this problem, thanks to you. My physical tiredness and fatigue is completely gone. I have so much more energy. I have learnt how to eat healthy and choose fresh food alternatives while I’m at work. Thank you for helping me to reach my weight goals too.

I have been trying for a long period of time to learn how manage my diabetes but with no success. My diabetes used to cause me a lot of exhaustion and physical fatigue, and continuous appetite while I’m at work. You have aided me to put some muscle on, and I have noticed a much better and fuller shape after the course. I am very happy that I have achieved my goal and built muscles but in a healthy way without the use of any protein shakes or supplements. Now I can control better my diabetes, I have learnt the impact of different food groups on my blood sugar and how to adjust my insulin injections according to my eating. I have so much more energy and I feel much better of myself, I don't feel tired anymore.

Muna, the trainer, was very kind and aided me to lose weight and talk about my concerns. After measuring my metabolic rate she delivered me a food plan to eat each week. I was surprised as to how much food I had to eat and for the first couple of weeks! I felt like I was always eating. I didn't mind as I liked the food!! I have now lost 28 lbs and I have gone from a size 12 to a size 8. I have just bought a dress for my brother’s wedding and when I looked in the mirror I felt amazing. I noticed I have more energy and my eating habits have completely changed.

I loved Muna as a teacher and we have built a beautiful friendship, she has seen me laugh and cry and is always there when I need someone to talk to. I feel fantastic after the weight loss and everyone is telling me how fantastic I look and i just wanted to share with you my success. She has a great personality and and helped me several times when I was feeling down. She really listened to me and talked me through how I was feeling. The best part of is is that she really cares, it is definitely more than just a job to her.
