This programme is designed for managers who may be asked to undertake a harassment investigation as part of the organisations Dignity at Work policy.
Overview:
The programme provides delegates with the knowledge, skills and ability to undertake harassment investigations. It includes participative development activities which will enable the delegates to demonstrate their improved competence.
This highly-practical2 dayprogramme is delivered by aHR Specialist, and provides all the methods, tools and techniques necessary to effectively plan, implement and conclude an investigation.
The training also ensures organisations are fulfilling their legal duty under the relevant acts of Parliament.
