About this course

Diploma:
- Minimum Age: 18
- Two "A" Level passes plus four GCSE passes at Grade A, B or C, two of which must be English and Maths or equivalent pre-university diploma
IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

Advanced Diploma:
- Minimum Age: 19
- ABE Diploma or degree
- IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

These new programmes reflect the growing importance which organisations attach to human resource management with demand for qualified HR professionals outstripping supply. They are practically based courses giving theories and guidelines on how to recruit, train, and motivate employees, and, in an increasingly global market, they are applicable to all types of companies in all parts of the world.

Both programmes are taught in small groups with teachers experienced in the subject and in the skills necessary to prepare well for examinations.

- Full time courses, qualifying students for entry to Year Two or Year Three of a University Degree Programme in the UK.
- The Advanced Diploma is also accepted as a qualification for MBA programmes if students also have some work experience.

ASSESSMENT
Examination set by ABE.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
1. For all courses, a deposit of 20% is required towards tuition fees on enrolment. Should visa applications be unsuccessful, this deposit is returnable except for an administration fee of £100.

2. The remainder of the fees for one year courses are then payable in two instalments, a further 40% at the beginning of the first term, and the final 40% at the beginning of the second term.

3. Textbooks and exam entry fees are not included in the tuition fees.

Additional information

Payment options: Diploma Parts One and Two - £4,500 Advanced Diploma - £4,500 In addition, there is an ABE Registration fee of £50 for the Diploma, and £150 for the Advanced Diploma. ABE Examination fees are £25 per subject.
