Summary:
This course is designed to develop the highest level of craft skills in cookery for application within the home, small business, education and industry.
You will learn a wide range of skills, which will enable you to select and prepare a variety of dishes and develop an understanding of the factors that influence choice of foods.

Successful completion of City & Guilds Certificate in Culinary Skills 332-03 or an equivalent qualification.

As well as using new-found skills for their own satisfaction, students who have completed this high level course have:
- you may progress to Gastro Master Chef, a 30 week leisure course
- set up their own business
- made a career in teaching (with additional teaching qualification)
- gone on to study in higher education
