What will I study on the course?

You will develop the skills and abilities to progress into the military. This includes discipline, leadership, teamwork, the development of excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate others, self-motivation and decisive thinking.

The Academy introduces you to some of these concepts with a short three week introductory programme that helps to develop a strong military ethos. This is followed by a 32 week military programme that includes fitness, adventurous activities and military training with a number of partner reserve forces.
