Course programme

What will I study on the course?

You will learn how to use a variety hand tools and cutting equipment, prepare and place concrete, mix various building materials by hand and machine, lay domestic drainage and set up signage, lighting and guarding when working on site e.g. path or road,. Kerbing, Block Paving and Flag laying form an integral part of the practical activities.

Additional information

The course is ran over two and a half days per week and includes a variety of practical and theory sessions. The main enrolment period for this course is in September but there will also be the opportunity to start the course at other times if places are available.
