What is the aim of the Reflexology course?Reflexology has increased in popularity over the past few years and has gained respect as an important, safe and natural healing art. Based on the theory that the human body has its own internal energy lines and that ill health can arise from an imbalance of energy, this course shows you how to find and use reflexology points on the foot relating to different parts of the body. A treatment restores balance, helps to prevent ill health and assist relaxation. It treats mind, body and spirit and is a wonderful therapy. This course is structured in easy-to follow-steps with illustrations and covers meridians, consultations and business acumen.
Reflexologists may work in hospitals, nursing homes, sports centres, natural health centres and beauty salons etc. Therapists may practise independently from home or visit clients in their own homes.
