Introduction:

The postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology will provide knowledge and Understanding about different aspects of key IT areas. Students will gain knowledge and develop competencies about the modern IT applications used in today’s fast paced organizational environment.
Course ideally is designed for the candidates who have Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to UK) and good prior knowledge and experience of IT applications. The course will serve as a platform for your career development and future growth in the area of Information Technology and synchronizes the gained IT knowledge with business operations.
Successful completion of PGD-IT will enable students to apply for further higher education in any institute/university.

Learning in all modules in the PgD in IT programme will be assessed through assignments/coursework and exam.
The assignments cover vast organizational issues and provide an opportunity to students to research analyze and find solutions of various organizational problems.
The written exam will be helpful to memorize and reproduce the key business and administration concepts. It will help students to reflect on their learning in the classroom and to reproduce it.
All students must have to pass both (assignment and exam assessment). Failure in any part of assessment will be considered the fail of module and students will re-sit only the failed assessment.
