The light rhythmical massage encourages the lymphatic system to eliminate waste products, excess fluid and bacteria
This helps detoxification and can have a positive effect on body weight and energy levels and clear areas of congestion such as swollen ankles, puffy eyes and swollen legs
It is known to help with post-operative, scar tissue healing, torn ligaments and sprains and promote deep relaxation

NB This diploma does not qualify therapists to work on medical oedema
