Course programme
(Accredited by MU)
This course comprises six 20-credit postgraduate nutritional therapy modules, four of which can be used towards a Named Masters Award. Students most likely to take this as a stand-alone course are those with existing nutritional therapy degrees who wish to select six postgraduate modules that will enhance their practice.
Students who already have higher awards at Masters or PhD may also opt to Fast Track and complete with a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and combined Practitioner Development course, rather than register for the final year of the undergraduate therapy course. Postgraduate modules enable students to understand subjects at a deeper level and in this context may be an attractive option for those joining the nutritional therapy course with higher degrees.
Fast track students taking this option will also be able to register to practise on completion of Fast Track modules, coaching modules, Practitioner Development and three postgraduate modules. You will also be able to use the qualifications as detailed above whilst you complete the postgraduate diploma.
