Diploma in Plastering Level 1

If you want to learn basic plastering techniques, this course is for you.

The structure of the course combines practical workshops and valuable theory which provides the underpinning knowledge required to increase your quality of work and performance.

You will learn plastering techniques, skills and technology including:

• health and safety,
• building methods and construction technology,
• preparation of background surfaces,
• applying plaster materials,
• casting fibrous moulds (Dado and plain face slab).

Entry Requirements

• An initial assessment indicating that you are working at entry level 3 and you are able to achieve level 1 English and entry level 3 maths within one year.
