This fabulous one day course is accredited by Embody (CTHA) as a Post Graduate Qualification Course with 10 CPD, IPTI and the Guild of Holistic/Beauty Therapists (13.5 CPD).
(This course can be taken as an Introductory course at a reduced fee for those wishing to only use it on friends and family).
Reflexology combines the stimulation of specific Reflex Points and Massage strokes to provide a therapeutic and holistic treatment of the feet and lower legs.
Reflex points are directly linked to areas, glands and organs in the body by the complex nerve network within the body and alignment of zones or energy channels. When we are challenged or stressed, the channels become blocked or sluggish can cause illness or a build up of lactic acid and calcium deposits in the joints of the feet. By working to clear these blockages, Chi is rebalanced, energies restored, and wellness re-established. On this course you will learn how to work with key reflex points and perform reflex-massage techniques to the feet and lower legs with the client supine on the massage couch.
This therapy is so adaptable and can be practiced in the workplace/ spa or clinic, and is not only a great stress-reliever, but is also a great treatment tool for headaches, migraines, anxiety, back ache and many other conditions.

Who can attend this course? This course is suitable for:

• Those with no previous Complementary Therapy qualifications
• Massage Therapists
• Beauty Therapists
• Anyone with an interest in Reflexology and Massage

Those with no previous qualifications can become members of Guild of Holistic/Beauty Therapists and have insurance to work on clients and start work straight away!
Members of Embody (CTHA), who hold an Anatomy and Physiology Certificate, can add this Therapy as a new Post Graduate Qualification and 10 CPD. Members of IPTI need Anatomy/Physiology and Massage qualifications as a pre-requisite.
