The Diploma is independently accredited by the National Council of Psycotherapists and approved by the Complementary Medical Association.The Diploma is delivered via blended learning whereby you can start your course at any time of the year. The first part of the course is by supported open learning (home-study). This is then followed by supervised skills development in Brighton, Sussex at times to suit.Modules include: Stress and the MindBody Connection, Coaching Skills, Relaxation Skills, Cognitive Behavioural Interventions, Assertiveness Training, Visualization and Imagery Interventions, Giving Non-Medical Nutrition Advice, Lifestyle Interventions, Stress and Human Spirituality, Stress and the Workplace.
