Introduction
There is always demand worldwide for professionally qualified travel staff, particularly those who have been trained to deal with the complexities of international airline ticket sales. The CTH Diploma in Travel Agency Management gives comprehensive training in the management, computing, and airline ticketing skills that are required by the industry.
Virgin Atlantic Airways approved instructors use course materials and study manuals prepared by Virgin Atlantic to teach fares and ticketing skills up to IATA Level 2 standard and the sophisticated Sabre Computerised Reservation System to Sabre's own professional standard.
Each of the modules has a two and a half hour examination, set and marked by CTH. Registration with CTH is mandatory and is the sole responsibility of the student.
