This means that the candidate has to show their ability to do their job according to performance criteria and under pinning knowledge. Candidates plan a programme of learning with their assessor and compile a portfolio of evidence to prove that they are competent and knowledgeable in their work role. There are 5 optional, here you choose from several units that are specific to your job role. Your assessor will assist you with this.
