If you are under 19 you will normally need to have either a BTEC Level 2 Diploma, Intermediate GNVQ or equivalent in a related subject or four GCSEs at grades A-C. Formal music training is not necessary. If you are over 19 there are no specific requirements and every applicant will be considered on the basis of their experience, enthusiasm and the potential to achieve. We believe that many prospective students who may not have previously had a successful education may still be capable of achieving highly.
