This intensive programme has been designed to give you practical guidance on the drafting and use of the ‘legal’ clauses in commercial contracts. The rights and liabilities created as a result of warranties and indemnities can create complex legal problems for contracting parties and third parties. The morning session will examine these critical issues and ways in which liability can be limited or excluded. The afternoon session focuses on the effective use of boilerplate provisions, their legal background and how they should be used and drafted.

4. Find out how to avoid serious problems if it all goes wrong
5. Gain practical experience of drafting techniques
