Course programme

The complete dressmaking course where you will learn about dressmaking. From the various seam types, darts, gathers, pleats, pin tucks. You’ll learn how to take body measurements, how to layout your fabric, bias and straight grain, how to read a commercial pattern. Learn about zips, pockets, and hand sewing skills.

You’ll be creating a portfolio of your work through various samples on all the techniques. You can then put this into practice by making a garment of your choice.
