Combine this course with the Hand Jointing course for the ideal introduction to drylining.
Objectives:
1. Set out a typical job taking account of the conditions of the background.
2. Correctly apply Dri-Wall Adhesive.
3. Apply plasterboards to a range of backgrounds.
At the end of the course trainees will receive a Certificate of Attendance from the Drywall Academy as part evidence towards the relevant NVQ unit.
Suitability
There are no formal entry requirements and this is an excellent course for newcomers who wish to develop a career in drylining.
Teaching method
Practical training, with trainees working in small groups and individually, guided by instructors, to complete set pieces of work. Recapping knowledge questions at the end of the course.
Programme
Training begins at 9:30am on day one and finishes at 4pm on day two.
