Course programme

Course review:

A detailed consideration of Regulations EC561/2006 and EC 3821/85 as they concern drivers hours, the making, keeping and production of records, calibration requirements, obligations of drivers, transport managers and organisations.

The course will cover:

Driving, rest, break and other work periods; The making and keeping of records (including manual records); the use of mode switches, ferries, exemptions from record keeping, Working TIme Directive, penalties for non-compliance and powers of the enforcement agencies.

Duration.

3.5 hours - To be taken in conjunction with one other module of DCPC.
