About this course
Students will gain effective communication skills, how to handle office politics, styles of management so you can deal appropriately with executives at various levels; learn to say 'no' and business letter writing.
This course is suitable for PAs or secretaries who need to enhance their skills and career prospects, experienced staff looking for a career change and those looking to endorse their skills with a certificate.
A good command of English together with experience working as a PA or Secretary or Administrator.
EA or Executive PA Certificate (CPD accredited)
The course is tutor-led in a classroom environment. There are interactive sessions and practical examples. The course is revised regularly to comply with the changes in the business world.
