About this course
No pre-course work is required by the learner to attend this programme, however they must be able to speak English and have a basic understanding of writing in English. Note - this course is not designed to teach the learner English, but to help the leaner use their exisiting skills more effectively in business communication situations. The course is interactive with plenty of opportunity for group discussion, Q&A and practical exercises.

Aims and Objectives
By the end of the 3 day programme the learner will know how to:
- Verbally communicate successfully, both face to face and over the telephone
- Use and understand well-known business English phrases
- Plan their writing in terms of objectives, content and structure to get results
- Choose a writing style to create the best impression
- Persuade people through writing and get the job done
- Use good grammar, correct spelling and proper punctuation
- Enhance their listening skills
- Understand the implications of cultural differences in communication

- Make their communication relevant

No pre-course work is required by the learner to attend this programme, however they must be able to speak English and have a basic understanding of writing in English.
