ECDL Essentials

The ECDL Essentials programme is a Level 1 qualification. The programme has been designed to give IT users a fundamental introduction to computing with relevant skills in using the basic tools required for today’s IT user.

There are 3 core modules to ECDL Essentials which are:

§ IT User Fundamentals

§ Using Email and the Internet

§ Security for IT Users

Candidates who complete this qualification will obtain an ECDL Essentials certificate which will also be a Level 1 award qualification.
