ECDL/ICDL Advanced Word Processing

ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence)/ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence) Advanced Word Processing (AM3) is part of the Level 3 ECDL/ICDL Advanced course. ECDL/ICDL Advanced Word Processing Direct Delivery 2-day course enables learners to develop existing knowledge, skills and expertise in using the Word Processing software to advanced level whilst meeting the demands of the workplace. ECDL/ICDL Advanced Word Processing provides the basis for the practice-based ECDL/ICDL Advanced Word Processing test. This Advanced Word Processing course is interactive, and packed with exercises, it enables learners to effectively prepare for their exams through enhancing their understanding and practice of using the word processing software at advanced level. Upon completion of the course, learners should become fully competent in the following: Applying advanced formatting techniques to text, paragraph, column and tables. Converting table to text and vice versa Working with referencing features including footnotes, endnotes and captions Creating Tables of Contents, indexes and cross-references Using fields, forms and templates to enhance productivity Applying advanced mail merge techniques Working with automation features including macros Integrate data through linking and Embedding features Collaborating on and reviewing documents Working with master documents, sub-documents Applying security features to documents and files Working with watermarks, sections and headers and footers
