ECO - Domestic Energy Advisor

This course is designed for new entrants, and entrants wishing to enter the industry as a fully qualified Green Deal Assessor for Domestic properties. During the 4 days classroom based training you will learn how to assess properties use the software and the methodologies behind producing a domestic Energy Performance Certificate along with how to produce a Green Deal Advice Report. At the end of the course you will take an exam and produce a portfolio of evidence within 6 weeks, based on 5 Energy Performance Certificates, 1 which be completed on an occupied property. Once qualified you will be able to produce Energy Performance Certificates which are required when a property is sold or let. On completion of the course and the verified portfolio, you will be awarded the level 3 qualificationIn classrooms learning, learning how to use the relevant software, group assessment off site, role play.
