UNIT 1 Principles and Practices of Conflict Management and Training. Know about the principles and practices of conflict management and training in a specified context. Understand how the principles of conflict management are implemented in a specified context. UNIT 2 Scenario-based Learning and Training in Conflict Management. Be able to facilitate and deliver scenario-based learning and training in conflict management. Be able to complete a self assessment, group and personal debrief. Suitable for those working in the security sector or similar industries who have a. responsibility to provide conflict management training to others.

About this course

All learners must have one of the following pre-requisites:
• a formal recognised training, learning or instruction qualification that includes facilitation skills for group management and learning
• knowledge and working experience of the security industry and/or hospitality sector as appropriate.
This qualification is accredited on the NQF for learners aged 19 and over
