The account manager’s job may be the most difficult agency position you’ll ever be in. You’re given new responsibilities, so you’re no longer just ‘doing’ regular tasks such as writing and pitching – you’re deciding who should do what and whether it’s any good.
This workshop will help you manage the three main aspects of your job: people (including yourself), clients and accounts/projects. The course is designed for account managers at all levels and is particularly valuable for people that have just been promoted.
