A crucial task for a care worker is to communicate effectively with their service users - and each other. This drama based video will focus on verbal, non-verbal and behavioural communication. It will look at how we communicate; what tools and resources we have within ourselves and equipment that can aid communication. Redeveloped for July 2005 this title now has a reduced running time to 35 minutes.
