Course programme

This is a one day course which focuses on the way we think about time. It raises awareness of why we lose time, and what we can do as people to change how we manage ourselves around the time we have available.

The session also looks at the basics of delegation as a way to gain more time, as well as assertiveness and behaviour to manage those around us more effectively when it comes to communication, tasks delegated to us or requests to carry out adhoc tasks.

Once this has been covered, the final part of the session looks at the tools available to organise yourself more effectively.

We'll look at some of the tried and tested methods of managing time, as well as some new approaches that looks at your own behaviour toward time.

We have delivered this session to some of our clients with fantastic feedback

The course will cover:

  • Tools and techniques to manage time more effectively
  • Changing the way you think about time
  • Other people’s behaviour and how this affects the time you have
  • How to say no
  • Delegation and assertiveness - an introduction

The session is very interactive with lots of discussion, role-play scenarios and an action planning session.
