Description

The seminar is based on the EFQM Excellence Model and will provide the following:

  • An introduction to the fundamental concepts of excellence
  • An introduction to the nine elements of the model
  • An overview of available recognition schemes
  • An introduction to self-assessment
  • An overview of QMI Scotland's 'Be the Best' product range
