Delegates will be taken on a journey through the employee lifecycle, giving an overview of basic employment law rights and obligations arising from recruitment through to dismissal and beyond. Delegates will gain a balanced appreciation of the main concepts, rights and remedies arising out of the most popular employment law topics enabling them to troubleshoot and advise on these topics with greater confidence.
