Agnieszka Lechman-Filipiak

Partner, DLA Piper - Poland

Agnieszka is a Partner, attorney at law and the head of the Employment, Pensions and Benefits group in DLA Piper in Warsaw. She graduated from the Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration and the Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Foreign Trade Organisation. Agnieszka has extensive experience in advising on employment issues, labour law, corporate law and M&As, including group redundancies, transfer of an employing enterprise onto another employer, collective disputes, managerial contracts, discrimination in employment and employing foreign nationals.
