Why you should attend this seminar
This new one-day course is aimed at lawyers who wish to be brought up to date with legislative and case law developments in employment law. It is particularly suited to experienced employment lawyers, but will
also be of interest to more recently qualified lawyers who are keen to expand their knowledge of a notoriously volatile area of legal practice.
The course comprises mainly trainer-led learning, but delegates will have an opportunity to consider, and discuss as a group, the practical application of recent developments. The session is designed very
much from the perspective of a practising lawyer.
