Your tutorJohn
Marrin specialises in how directors and managers effectively engage with
each other and their staff to drive improvements in individual, team and
organisational performance. He has almost twenty years' experience in
developing managers and transforming most types of organisation throughout
the UK. John is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and
a member of the Association of Management Development. He is continuing
his research on 'Engaging People' via a DPhil. John also teaches Time
Management.
