English Legal System Course
In this course we deal with the need for law in our society and explain something of the origins of our legal system. People go to law in search of some remedy or are taken to court because another seeks a remedy against them. The course also deals with the difference between common law and equity but more importantly there is some discussion about the rights and remedies which each provides.
