About this course

Course Benefits ​​A course that provides a study of English Literature from Beowulf through to contemporary literature. 
A course that foregrounds student-led inquiry so you develop the skills to become an expert in an area or aspect of literature that fascinates you.

Typically, our entry offer for this degree course is 104 UCAS tariff points.
Other requirements: For the old GCSE system we require grade C or above and for the new GCSE grading system we will accept grade 4 or higher in English Language.​ ​In addition, a pplicants   usually have an A Level (or equivalent) in an English-related subject but this is not essential. ​
