What is the course content?
We offer three A Level courses covering the full range of available specifications. The new A Level courses are divided into four modules, 2 in each year of the course. The first year (called AS) is a free-standing qualification in its own right. The second year (called A2) will complete a full A Level qualification.

What is the course content?
The AS will comprise a unit on â€OEPoetry and Prose 1800 â€" 1945†(closed text exam) and a coursework unit on â€OELiterature post-1900†. The A2 will comprise a unit on â€OEDrama (Shakespeare) and Poetry pre-1800†(closed text exam) and a coursework unit on texts across genres called â€OETexts in Time†.
