Communicating well in English is essential in your future academic, commercial or professional career. The College recognizes the needs of foreign students and are pleased to offer English classes for students whose mother tongue is not English. We promise a choice of study programmes that give you the necessary English writing, speaking and listening skills to help you succeed. Elementary - Little or no prior knowledge is required. Student can expect to make rapid progress in understanding, reading, writing and speaking at a basic level.
Intermediate - Student can expect to make rapid progress in understanding, reading, writing and speaking at a more improved level.
Advanced - a sound knowledge of grammar and vocabulary is required, along with an ability to speak with some fluency. Students will study a variety of literature and journalistic passages and write a project on a chosen subject.
EXAMINATIONS:
The college prepares the student for examinations set by the following bodies.
The Royal Society of Arts (RSA)
OCR, IMIS, AQA
Pitman's Examinations
Cambridge Examination Body at Proficiency and First Certificate Levels
London Chamber of Commerce - English for Commerce and Industry course are also available.
