TEACHING AND ASSESSMENT

Our programme is available in full e-learning mode. However, additional face to face contact sessions may be possible where local circumstances and arrangements allow. Participants are encouraged to be active and reflective learners and great emphasis is placed on professional action in the workplace setting. Our programme challenges participants to direct their own professional growth, as they set and achieve new standards of enhanced professionalism and academic achievement.

Formative assessment is a feature of all modules. Formative and Summative assessments are designed to arise naturally in the workplace and from course work.
