About this course
If you've taken Core Science, you must have passed Core, and any one from Additional Science, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental & Land Based Science, Geology or Physics.
If you've taken Applied Science, you must have a double pass.
If you have taken GCSE Science double award, you must have a double pass.
If you've taken single subject Sciences, you must have at least two passes from Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
You must have a pass in both Maths and an English subject.

What will I study

A2 - Energy resources and environmental pollution; Biological resources and sustainability.
Study Visits
A residential field study trip is a compulsory part of the course. Day visits are also included.
Cost
£70 for residential field trip in 2008/9; no more than £10 per day trip.

AS : Two units assessed by examination.
A2 : Two units assessed by examination.
