About this course
There are no formal entry requirements, but candidates will take an initial Literacy and assessment prior to starting the programme, as a basic level of literacy is required in order to complete the assessments.

Course Overview

Course Structure
The three units that make up this programme are:
- Exploring equality and diversity
- Exploring prejudice and discrimination
- Exploring people's rights and responsibilities.
Qualification Aims
The qualification aims to raise awareness of the important issues that relate to equality and diversity today. It will help individuals to become more effective members of their organisation within our diverse society.
Assessments/Examinations
Candidates are required to submit three written assessments based on the topics covered in the units. These are assessed by college tutors and moderated by NCFE.
There is no examination for this programme.
