This module has been designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to promote and implement equality and inclusion.
Equality and inclusion within health and social care is vital to ensuring people’s differences are valued and that people are treated equally and supported to take part in whatever they wish to do.
This course has been designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to promote and implement equality and inclusion. On completion, learners will have an increased understanding of the importance of equality and inclusion, as well as the knowledge required to work in an inclusive way.
